The primary issue we found with this design is that if you screw the switch plate on too tightly, the sides of the plate pops up a little bit. The USB cutout is also just a large 'U' channel, instead of something that covers the port a lot more. Includes FR4 and POM plates.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003eDesign #2\u003c\/b\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDesign #2 is nearly identical to the final production version of the Iris CE aluminum tray, where the plate sits inside of the tray instead of on top of it like Design #1. There are two differences: 1) USB-C cutout is a bit smaller, but is still large enough for normal usage, 2) The plates are a little bit more tighter fitting in the tray than the final production plates.
